Thanks for taking the time to visit.
I am a native Pennsylvanian and have been writing fiction novels, short stories and poetry since 1995.
​
I obtained a degree in journalism and English and spent my entire professional career in the writing and communication fields.
My journey as a writer began in 1994 when i entered a manuscript into a contest sponsored by Lambda Rising Bookstore in Washington, DC. The manuscript came in second - enough recognition to get me noticed by Naiad Press Publishing and its senior editor, Katherine V. Forrest.
I went on to write seven novels published by both Naiad Press and Bella Books.

Short stories followed and were published in author anthologies edited and printed by both publishers.

Poetry continues to be an ongoing creative journey born of love, loss and travel in the US and abroad.
